No Pobre TV. "On Air" (aka "Zman Avir") is a 1999 Israeli film directed and written by Isaac Zepel Yeshurun. The film is an allegory of the complex Israeli society and tells the story of a former member of the Shin-Bet with family problems who leaves on a secret mission.
